HigherVets envisions a future where every military aviation professional transitions seamlessly from military service to civilian careers, flourishing in the business aviation industry. Our executive team, which includes experienced business aviation professionals and veterans themselves, understands the exceptional skills and discipline veterans bring to the workforce. Despite this, veterans often encounter significant hurdles during their transition to civilian life. These challenges include translating specialized military skills into civilian job qualifications, adapting to a new work environment and culture, and coping with the loss of a supportive and cohesive community.
